Title: Lead Nurse & Wellness Expert - Restore Hyper Wellness Draper

Location: Restore Hyper Wellness Studio - Draper, UT

About the Role: At Restore Hyper Wellness, we believe in helping people feel their best so they can do more of what they love. The Lead Nurse serves as both a clinical expert and an empowering leader within the Restore team. You’ll oversee daily medical operations, manage the nursing schedule, and support staff development while ensuring every service is performed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with Restore’s mission.

This is a hands-on leadership position — ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, wellness-driven environment and wants to make an impact through both patient care and team mentorship. You’ll set the tone for professionalism, positivity, and clinical excellence across the studio.

As a Lead Nurse, you’ll combine your passion for health and wellness with a consultative, educational approach to client engagement. You’ll take time to understand each member’s unique goals, explain the value of Restore’s services, and confidently recommend the right combination of modalities to achieve results. Although sales are a key part of success in this role, we define selling as serving — helping clients make informed choices that support their wellness journey.

Work You’ll Do:

• Set the standard for providing an exceptional in-studio experience for our members and clients. Continually look for ways to improve the customer experience, add more value, and help our customers better achieve their health and wellness goals.
• Work with Ownership and the studio General Managers to set clear revenue and service goals each month for the medical services in the studio.
• Educate members on Restore’s suite of modalities, guiding them toward the services best suited to their goals and wellness needs.
• Engage clients in meaningful wellness consultations that combine education with confident, service-oriented sales recommendations.
• Write up custom wellness and treatment plans for members to promote a high-level of engagement and focus on positive outcomes. Follow up with the members and ensure we are supporting them in their wellness goals. 
• Maintain accurate documentation, medical records, and adherence to Restore’s medical protocols and state regulations.
• Help develop and implement studio initiatives to drive membership growth, client retention, and overall studio performance.
• Represent Restore’s mission and values through exceptional professionalism, teamwork, and a genuine passion for helping others live healthier lives.
• Assist Ownership and Management with staffing the studios with high-quality and high-performing RNs or PRNs as needed. 
• Onboard and train new nurses as needed. Ensure all new nurses receive excellent training for the role. 

What We’re Looking For:

• Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Utah
• A dynamic leader with a passion for health and wellness. 
• Well organized, clear communicator, self-starter.
• Ability to drive improvement and hold team members accountable.
• Data driven, able to understand KPIs and put plans in place to improve key numbers.
